Terms of Service

By accessing and using Social Network RP services, including our FiveM server, Discord community, and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining our server, or making any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use our services in a respectful and appropriate manner. This includes following all community rules, treating other players with respect, and refraining from any behavior that disrupts the roleplay experience or violates our policies.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify staff of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Server Rules

All users must follow the server rules and community guidelines at all times. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the server and all associated services.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS

All purchases made through Social Network RP are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:

  • •Monthly subscription tiers (Social, Silver, Gold, Bronze Contributor)
  • •One-time purchases (character slots, vehicle imports, license plates)
  • •Package bundles and special offers
  • •Any other digital goods or services

Why No Refunds?

Our products are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once benefits are activated and applied to your account, they cannot be revoked or reversed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand what you are buying and agree to our no-refund policy.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. Your benefits will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical errors or fraudulent transactions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Social Network RP management. Contact support with evidence of the issue for review.

Community Rules

Social Network RP is built on mutual respect and quality roleplay. All community members must follow these rules to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Respect All Players

Treat all community members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or toxic behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate action.

2. Quality Roleplay

Maintain realistic and immersive roleplay at all times. Random death match (RDM), vehicle death match (VDM), fail roleplay (FailRP), and power gaming are strictly prohibited.

3. Meta Gaming

Using out-of-character information in roleplay situations (meta gaming) is not allowed. Keep in-character knowledge separate from out-of-character knowledge.

4. Value Your Life

Your character should value their life realistically. Do not put your character in unnecessary danger or act fearlessly when threatened (No Value of Life - NVOL).

5. New Life Rule (NLR)

After your character dies, you must forget the events leading to your death. Do not return to the same area immediately or seek revenge.

6. No Exploiting

Using bugs, glitches, or exploits for personal gain is strictly forbidden. Report any bugs to staff immediately.

7. Staff Respect

Respect all staff decisions and rulings. If you disagree with a decision, you may appeal through proper channels. Arguing with staff in-game or disrupting roleplay is not acceptable.

8. Character Development

Create realistic characters with appropriate backgrounds. Overpowered characters or those that break immersion are not permitted.

Payments Disclaimer

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE

Digital Goods Only

All purchases through Social Network RP are for digital goods and services that exist exclusively within our FiveM roleplay server. You are not purchasing physical items or tangible products.

No Ownership Rights

Purchases do not grant you any ownership rights to Social Network RP, its content, scripts, or intellectual property. You are purchasing access to features and benefits within the server environment.

Server-Only Benefits

All benefits, perks, items, and features obtained through purchases are valid only within Social Network RP. They do not transfer to other servers, games, or platforms.

Non-Refundable

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds for any purchases. Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.

Account Termination

If your account is terminated or banned for violating our Terms of Service or community rules, you will forfeit all purchases and benefits. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, balance, or remove features and benefits at any time to maintain server quality and fairness. While we strive to maintain purchased benefits, game balance and server health take priority.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Social Network RP does not store your payment information. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to make purchases. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Social Network RP is an independent community server and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to any of the above entities.
